Sofa's

Wow, it only took them 1 week to complete the new sofa's coverings. I am really impressed! I really like it a lot, obviously it looks new la but we never choose these kind of covering before, so it's a new change for us.

I guess this year is an "Adventurous Year" for us, with the colouring of the living room as well. Just hope the covering can last long la, even though i know for a fact that the cats would demolish the coverings in no time at all!

Oh yeah, we even did a covering for the small rocking stool. My sis was like "Oh! So nice, so nice!" when she saw the covering, haha. I was also saying the same thing when i first saw it la, hee.

It's All Done!

I took some pictures of the second colour that we did, but the light pink is not so obvious so i decided to put up a video instead.

So Yati what do you think of the new colour? Not so bad right? Hehe.

I was telling my sis while we were painting the second colour that our house looks like a cake now, haha.

House Painting Part I

We had not painted our house for the last 5 years, so this year, my sis decided that we really need to paint the house. Took some time to decide on the colours but the first part of the house has been painted, started this late afternoon. The colour is something "Pepper". I really love the colour, it is something new and different for our house. Tomorrow we gonna paint the rest of the house!

My back is already aching so badly now xD

Yesterday our sofa's was taken away so that new covering can be made for them. The guy was saying if he were to take them to the factory, the covering would be better fitted, at first we didn't want to but then we change our mind and let them take away the sofa's. We decided to make 2 sets of covering for the body and 1 set for the pillows. What to do when we have cats.

They will be sending the sofa's back hopefully by the end of June. In the meantime whoever that wanted to come to our house, have to sit on the floor la ok :p, hehe.

The area looks more spacious right, just to show how BIG our sofa's is.

Oh yeah we are going to paint the house as well, in a way it's good that the sofa's are not around, less things to move!
